When I do winged liner on my hooded eyes I like to keep a natural face, eyes open look straight ahead into a mirror and I don't pull my skin, I go in with eyeshadow first, and map out my shape, any mistakes are easily cleaned up with concealer afterwards, and I try to match it as closely to whatever colour I decide to do my wings that day, then once I'm happy with the shape I will go in with my liner pen, eye pencil etc depending on what look I'm going for, then I will curl my lashes and add plenty of mascara

Remember to keep yours open when doing winged liner on hooded eyes and do not pull the skin, because when the hood drops back down your liner will be distorted โค๏ธ also if you don't have any eyeshadow colour that matches you chosen form of lining a bit of translucent powder works just as well for mapping the shape with โค๏ธ
