Which pallets would you recommend for cool toned neutrals, I dislike warm tones

Yay I won, the share your spooky look on the NYX community & was kindly gifted the Shine Loud Lipstick in Rebel Red! 💋 This double ended lipstick has a highly pigmented base with a matte finish, with a precision doe foot applicator on the one end. then on the other end a clear ultra glossy top coat with a brush applicator. When combined I’m left with a bold, glassy high shine long lasting lip minus the usual sticky tacky feeling. The gloss is the first thing that fades after a few hours but the base lasts at least 12 hours I needed up having to remove it! I love how it doesn’t transfer, nothing worse than leaving lip prints everywhere. 💋 Personally I wasn’t too keen on the feel of the matte lip once the gloss had worn off but I just keep applying the gloss to avoid this. Beware you will need an oil cleanser to remove as its staying power is unreal. Overall even though reds not my go to colour I really love how bright and bold the colour is & actually really love it. If you love a red lip this liquid lipstick is for you and you won’t be disappointed!

I love that the brow glue is transparent so it holds my brows in place without darkening them!
