I must admit. I wasn't that keen on the lip iv first few times i tried it.. It was very "wet" ... I use it more as a top coat over pencil for longer lasting glossing without my hair sticking to it

Use regular lip liner or jumbo stick colour of your choice to colour entire lip, use IV lips on top for longer lasting glossing without goop.
