It applies smoothly without any dragging on the skin and is great for outlining the lips or can be used to totally fill in all the lip for a long lasting matte finish. The Shout Loud Satin lipstick in shade Red Haute is a great shade for a statement lip look. It applies smoothly applied directly to the lips or with a lip brush.

I have found the Suede Matte lip Liner works equally as well used with either matte or satin lip shades. The lipstick is infused with mango and shea butter to nourish the lips whilst wearing.
