How I Brow Map Using NYX Products
Achieving perfectly shaped brows can make a huge difference in your overall look. Here’s how I do brow mapping using some of my favorite NYX products.
- Prep Your Brows
First, I like to start with clean, groomed brows. I use the NYX Precision Brow Pencil to lightly fill in sparse areas, giving me a guide to work with. This pencil has a precise tip that’s perfect for outlining the shape.
- Mark Your Key Points
Next, I use the NYX Micro Brow Pencil for brow mapping, which involves marking three key points:
• Start of the Brow: Hold the pencil vertically from the edge of your nose to the inner corner of your eye. This is where your brow should begin. I make a small mark here.
• Arch: Tilt the pencil from the edge of your nose to the center of your eye (through your pupil). This marks where the highest point of your arch should be.
• End of the Brow: Finally, align the pencil from the edge of your nose to the outer corner of your eye to find where your brow should end, and mark this spot.
- Connect the Dots
Now that the points are mapped out, I use the NYX Lift & Snatch Brow Tint Pen to connect these dots and outline the shape. This pen creates hair-like strokes for a natural yet defined look.
- Fill in Your Brows
Once I have the shape mapped and outlined, I fill in my brows using the NYX Fill & Fluff Brow Pomade Pencil. It gives a soft, full look while keeping everything in place.
- Set with Gel
To keep my brows in place all day, I finish with the NYX Control Freak Eyebrow Gel. This clear gel locks everything in, ensuring my brows stay flawless throughout the day.
