after going back-and-forth with winning on TikTok live, I finally received my second mail win. I I’m so grateful for NYX to have had chased this up with the team and get this sorted not only that I can’t thank them enough because what I received was not what I expected in my first mail bag I got roughly about 12 items, but in this second bag i got a Whopping 32 items.
im ever so greatful but i did not expect that many!!! i am literally stocked up for the year with my absloute favourites and i get to try other products i didnt have.
all items received the perfect bar one (the buttermelt blush) it literally came smashed to pieces and was smothered all over the items. When I first opened the bag I thought I had been testers LOL because of the state of them but then soon I realised it was the buttermelt blush that had broken and ruined everything, however bar that I am super super pleased and ever so grateful that the team went above and beyond to get this resolved. A win is a win at the end of the day whether it’s a small one or a big one everyone is entitled to their winnings and NYX proved that they are a brand that delivers.
