work with clean brushes! This may seem like such an obvious one but makeup brushes can really contribute to your makeup looking muddy, cakey and uneven (plus cause skin issues). when you need a perfect blend, only clean brushes will do! Over time they pick up product but also oil from your face which makes the bristles stick together and get clumpy!
my make up tip is to prime your brush with your foundation by putting one pump of foundation into the palm of your hand to warm it up and then circle your make up foundation brush into your palm so the brush picks up all product (priming the brush) and apply from the brush as it distrabutes the perfect amount onto the skin, buffing the brush into the skin so that it doesnt go cakey x
