Red Lip

Who doesnt love a red lip!
I always give my lips a good exfoliate before a lip colour like this, then i apply a bit of balm, let that seep in and then i apply the liner to create my desired shape. fill in with the matte lipstick and i pressed some multichrome loose pigment over the top.
