Carnival blues

I did a small series of Carnival looks inspired by Caribbean flags on my Tiktok and absolutely loved how this look turned out. I wish I had the NYX I know that's bright palette for the super pigmented eye looks! I used the born to glow foundation in shade Mocha for my base.
