Hi everyone this might sound abit silly but am not used to eyeliner and I got sent the liquid duo. I really like the white but can use it on your waterline. Google is giving me mixed answers 😂

I’d say no to on the waterline unless you had a steady hand I used it and it went in my eye such a nightmare stick to a pencil one x
