Blush Placement

I have a hard time knowing the best blush placement for my face. I have a round and longish face. Where would you recommend?

I think a little contour around your cheekbones and blusher in the apples of your cheeks

I use blusher on the apple of my cheeks and then a small dab just above the corner from my eyebrows to brighten
