Another lipstick question!

I bought Lingerie XXL liquid lipstick in Unhooked online. It's more of a putty colour than I thought it would be. I'm not sure that it suits me. Please can I have some help! Lip liner shades, liner styles, mix with another shade of lipstick, etc. I've attached a couple of pictures so that you can see the shade on me - it's just the lipstick, no lip liner or gloss.
